Description

Acadia is looking for a full-time Lease Administration Analyst to support the Lease Administration Function.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Responsible for all phases of tenant accounts, billing and communication, including but not limited to

  • Preparation and billing of periodic CAM, Tax and Insurance reconciliations, including initial and final billings

  • Validation of lease entry and billing of monthly recurring charges

  • Regular monitoring of tenant accounts, including tenant contact and collections

  • Resolve tenant disputes and CAM / Tax Audits

  • Prepare tenant account adjustments

  • Participate in the performance of due diligence for properties being acquired or disposed

  • Assist with lease interpretations as it relates to tenant issues

  • Work closely with the Accounting, Leasing, Tenant Coordination, Property Management and Legal departments

Skills

  • Strong knowledge and ability to interpret commercial retail and office lease agreements

  • Understanding of general accounting and business principles

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with percentage rent, co-tenancy rent and other industry knowledge

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in MRI a plus

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferred

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience with a National Retailer or Owner/Developer or 3rd party property management company for Commercial Real Estate

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail is essential

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize workload effectively
